Join us for a fun and competitive day on the course in support of an important cause!

Registration: 8:00 a.m. Shotgun Start: 9:00 a.m.

Rain or Shine Tournament Format  

This tournament will be played in a four-person scramble format: Each team’s captain will select the best drive on each hole All players will hit their next shot from that selected location The team captain will continue to select the best ball after each shot This process will continue until the ball is holed out Each foursome will record one score per hole   Scoring will be handled by golf course management and governed by USGA scoring rules.

Putting Contest for a Trophy!

Registration & Cost :

Early Bird (by June 30, 2026): $90 per player | $360 per foursome

  Starting July 15, 2026: $95 per player | $380 per foursome

  Beginning July 16, 2026: $100 per player | $400 per foursome

  Entry fee is due with registration.

Fee Includes:

Green fees, Cart ,Light continental breakfast, Lunch ,

Prizes :

Mulligans, Throws, and the Pro Drive will be available for purchase separately at the golf course.

Important Details:

Tournament is limited to 32 teams. Please register as early as possible Withdrawals made less than 30 days prior to the tournament are non-refundable.

Checks payable to Asbury UMC Electronic payments accepted via Givelify or Tickelocity.

Proceeds:

  All proceeds from the tournament will benefit Asbury Church’s security system, helping ensure the safety of our building, congregation, visitors, and children with around-the-clock protection.
